Mr. Miars,
I wanted to take this time to share with you my appreciation for many "jobs well done" by the many competent gentlemen that work with Integrity Exteriors, Inc. I would also like you to share this letter with any potential clients you may have that are just considering your company for any of your services--since, I too was looking and comparing and concidering but so unsure which direction to go.
So, I just continued to put it off.
That did not keep me from venturing out to to Home Shows to dream of all that I would have liked to do. I had alot of questions, but was leary of the hard-sell techniques used by various venders at these shows, and therefore would pull myself away quickly........until the last show I went to at Cal Expo. Again, I was pleased with the way that I was treated by both you and Mr. Patrick.
I was so pleased with not just the quality of the windows that I had 'comfortably' chosen, but was simply AMAZED with how swiftly and methodically the gentlemen worked together and how clean and careful they worked in the house; and before I knew it, they were finished, but there was no evidence that all that worked had been done--that I was not expecting. Because I work nights, one big concern for me was that I would disrupt my normal routine and I would not be rested for work. The two men that installed the windows Dave and Vic were so thoughtful, and allowed me to not only decide where to begin, but really were equally concerned about my schedule as well. Then I wanted window sills to match the rest of the windows. Soon the front door was changed to the most beautiful threshold and entry and then all of my interior doors were done.
Even the neighbors on all sides were impressed with the promptness and rhythm displayed by all of the men. At one time I had several trucks and 5 men and each one worked independently but so "together". No waisted movements--my money so well spent. There was no tension at all amongst your men and they worked steadily, and pleasantly in the Sacramento heat. With every project completed the satisfaction of each only prompted yet another until now I have a wonderful Sun Room to share with my family and friends and of course my bird.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the work, as well as the wonderful transformation of the family home....My husband would have loved this--my thanks to all of you for taking such good care of his family home.
In closing, please feel free to share any excerpts of my letter of thanks and gratitude to anyone who may be as skeptical about this undertaking as I once was. Thank everyone for me.. Mike, Alan, Dave, Vic and Lee--You are all very talented at what you do and represent Integrity Exteriors, Inc well- you can easily tell that you believe in your company and respect eachother as well. Its has certainly been a pleasure--I will see you again I am sure, since I am going to start saving for a patio cover.
